Irish Cream

While there is nothing inherently wrong with buying your Irish Cream already bottled up in the liquor store, everything homemade tastes better.

Featured Spirit: 1916 Bourbon

A simple combination of our 1916 Bourbon, vanilla syrup, cream, and bitters creates a decadent and rich concoction to sip on, or proceed to mix with further.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 1916 Bourbon
  • 1 oz Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients, then top up with ice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds, and strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with grated cinnamon or nutmeg.
