Earthy, sweet, and with a slight crispness from the apple, this cocktail is perfect for the manhattan purist and the adventurous alike. Distilled from 100% Door County apples (not apple flavored!), Hatch Apple Brandy is light and crisp when compared to its grape-based counterparts. After distillation, Hatch Apple Brandy undergoes a solera aging process, giving it a unique and complex flavor in cocktails.
In a large mixing glass, combine all ingredients and top up with ice. Stir for 30-45 seconds, and then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
